I have built my professional skills through hands-on experiences that reflect my genuine passion for technology and helping people. Most notably, I interned at a corporate IT support center, where I gained direct exposure to real-world technical environments and sharpened my ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Before that, I took the initiative to start my own small computer repair business, advertising my services on neighborhood forums and building a local client base from the ground up — an experience that taught me as much about entrepreneurship and communication as it did about hardware and troubleshooting.

Working in customer-facing environments has given me experience handling diverse situations and finding effective solutions quickly. I bring that same mindset to technical problems: patient, methodical, and focused on results.

As I progress through my degree in Information Technology, I am actively seeking internship and entry-level opportunities in cybersecurity and IT support to continue growing my real-world experience.
